Extended Support

This optional Extended Maintenance package provides:

• Free upgrade of all new releases of the product, automatically sent to you, so you are always running the latest software.
  
  
• Telephone help line support in normal offices hours (GMT).

Extended maintenance can be purchased for an annual fee of 15% of the total purchase price of NMS licences purchased. The first year's maintenance must be purchased at the same time as the original product purchase. The maintenance lasts for a period of 12 months, after which it may be renewed for a further period of 12 months for a renewal fee equal to 15% of the original purchase price.
